How and when orders are dispatched, and what to expect on delivery.
1. Processing time

2. Shipping methods
Standard tracked shipping and express cold-chain shipping are offered at checkout. Cold-chain insulated packaging is used where a compound's stability requires it.
3. Shipping costs
Costs are shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free on orders over the threshold shown in the cart.
4. Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled from the United States. We currently ship to [list of countries / regions].
5. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
6. On delivery
Check the package and vial seals on arrival, and store products as directed on the label. Report any damage within [48] hours with photos.
